3.1 Account Creation

5.2 Payment Security

Payment is charged at the time you place your order. Your order will only be processed after successful payment authorization. If payment fails, your order will not be fulfilled.

6.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Standard shipping cost is €60.00 for most orders. Free shipping may be available for orders above certain thresholds (announced on the website).

6.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6.4 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or in your account under "My Orders."

6.5 Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@tengerly.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

You must inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

7.1 EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

7.2 Cancellation Process

7.3 Refund Processing

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Products must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or we made an error.

10.1 Product Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our products. All carpets and wool products are manufactured using high-quality materials and modern technology while maintaining traditional Mongolian craftsmanship standards.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

10.2 EU Consumer Guarantees

In accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC, goods must:

• • Comply with the description provided
• • Be fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used
• • Possess the quality and performance normal for such goods

You have a legal guarantee period of 2 years from delivery for defects present at the time of delivery.

10.3 Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• • Our website will be error-free or uninterrupted
• • Product colors will exactly match your screen display
• • Minor variations in handcrafted elements will not occur

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

EU consumer protection laws will apply if you are a consumer residing in the EU.

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions that most closely match the intent of the original.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tengerly Trading OÜ concerning your use of our services.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
