4.1 Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including:

 - • Images and colors (may vary slightly from actual products)
 - • Dimensions and materials
 - • Availability and stock status
 
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product you receive does not match the description, please contact us.
4.2 Product Categories
We offer two main product categories:
- • Carpets: Made in Mongolia using modern technology with traditional Mongolian heritage and organically sourced wool
 - • Wool Products: Premium wool accessories and home goods
 
Brands include: Chinggis, Hunnu, and UniCarpet
4.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax)as required by EU law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
4.4 Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute order acceptance. We reserve the right to:
- • Accept or decline your order for any reason
 - • Cancel orders due to pricing errors or product unavailability
 - • Limit order quantities
 - • Refuse service to anyone
 
If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
4.5 Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, you may not be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately at hello@tengerly.com if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes after order confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayPal, which supports:

5.2 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your payment data is protected by PayPal's PCI DSS compliant infrastructure.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payment is charged at the time you place your order. Your order will only be processed after successful payment authorization. If payment fails, your order will not be fulfilled.
5.4 Currency
All transactions are processed in EUR (€). If your bank or payment provider uses a different currency, exchange rates and fees may apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- • Destination country
 - • Order weight and dimensions
 - • Selected shipping method
 
Standard shipping cost is €60.00 for most orders. Free shipping may be available for orders above certain thresholds (announced on the website).
6.3 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- • EU countries: 5-10 business days
 - • Processing time: 1-3 business days
 
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
6.4 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or in your account under "My Orders."
6.5 Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@tengerly.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
You must inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.
7.2 Cancellation Process
To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at hello@tengerly.com with:

7.3 Refund Processing
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
7.4 Product Condition
Products must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or we made an error.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, design patterns, and software, is the property of Tengerly Trading OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Carpet designs are traditional Mongolian patterns manufactured using modern technology.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

✗ Account Abuse
Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or impersonating others
✗ System Interference
Hacking, introducing malware, or disrupting our services
✗ Data Scraping
Using bots or automated tools to extract data from our website
✗ Abusive Behavior
Harassment of staff or other customers
✗ Legal Violations
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activities to law enforcement.
10. Warranties and Product Quality
10.1 Product Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our products. All carpets and wool products are manufactured using high-quality materials and modern technology while maintaining traditional Mongolian craftsmanship standards.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
10.2 EU Consumer Guarantees
In accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC, goods must:
- • Comply with the description provided
 - • Be fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used
 - • Possess the quality and performance normal for such goods
 
You have a legal guarantee period of 2 years from delivery for defects present at the time of delivery.
10.3 Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:
- • Our website will be error-free or uninterrupted
 - • Product colors will exactly match your screen display
 - • Minor variations in handcrafted elements will not occur
 
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tengerly Trading OÜ shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
 - • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities related to your use of our platform
 - • Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific product or service
